What to Know
The Montana Grizzlies haven’t won a matchup against the Southern Utah Thunderbirds since Jan. 2 of 2020, but they’ll be looking to end the drought on Monday. Montana and Southern Utah will face off in a Big Sky battle at 9 p.m. ET at Dahlberg Arena. The Grizzlies are out to keep their 11-game home win streak alive.
Montana found themselves the reluctant recipients of an unfortunate 86-63 punch to the gut against the Idaho State Bengals this past Saturday. Montana didn’t live up to their potential and found themselves falling short of the 9.5-point advantage oddsmakers thought they had coming into the game.
Meanwhile, while not quite a landslide, the contest between Southern Utah and the Eastern Washington Eagles this past Saturday was still a pretty decisive one as the Thunderbirds wrapped it up with an 84-72 win at home.
