Broderick Dornell Smiley (born August 10, 1968) is an American stand-up comedian, television host, actor, and radio personality, known for his prank phone calls. The calls feature Smiley disguising his voice and carrying on a conversation with the recipient of the call. He is the host of the nationally syndicated Rickey Smiley Morning Show based in Atlanta from its flagship affiliate WHTA "Hot 107.9". Smiley has starred in sitcom The Rickey Smiley Show, which aired on TV One. He is also a featured columnist on the Fox-produced tabloid nationally-syndicated show Dish Nation. In 2015, Smiley started appearing on Rickey Smiley For Real, a reality television series about his life.Smiley is a member of Omega Psi Phi, having been initiated into its Psi Rho graduate chapter.
Shawntae Harris (born April 14, 1974), better known by her stage name Da Brat, is an American rapper. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, she began her career in 1992, the year she signed with So So Def Records. Her debut album Funkdafied (1994) sold one million copies, making her the first female solo rap act to receive a platinum certification, and the second overall female rap act (solo or group) after Salt-N-Pepa. Brat has received two Grammy Award nominations. She has achieved two-top ten hits on the Billboard Hot 100, "Funkdafied" and "Not Tonight", the latter with Lil' Kim, Lisa Lopes, Missy Elliott and Angie Martinez.[1] Brat has also had commercial success with other songs including "I Think They Like Me", and a remix of Mariah Carey's "Loverboy".[2]
Jeffrey Johnson is a communications specialist and journalist. He appeared on the TV show Rap City on the BET cable network in the United States, where he spoke about such issues as violence and voting.Born in the UK, but raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Johnson was an active leader as a child, and participated in track and field. Johnson graduated from Cleveland Heights High School and went on to attend the University of Toledo, where he was president of the Student Government and the Black Student Union. Johnson served as National Director for the NAACP's Youth and College Division, as well as Vice President of the Hip hop Summit Action Network.
Gary With Da Tea is an American radio host and actor best known for his hit shows like the nationally syndicated radio program, Ricky Smiley Morning Show, and FOX TV’s Dish Nation. He was born on 29th June 1980 in Port Arthur, Texas the United States by his real name, Gary Hayes.
