This video is all about lottery system which is used in share allotment process in Nepal.
When the number of applicants exceeds the number of allottee then the ipo or fpo of relevant company will be allotted through lottery system. IPO stands for Initial public offering as well as FPO stands for Further public offering.

Nowadays, many companies are issuing ipo or fpo in a very small amount that’s why the company receives large number of applications and the companies issue will be oversubscribed by more than 100%. Whenever there is large number of applicants in any company’s ipo or fpo then the allotment will be done by lottery system. In this system every applicants have same chance to get the shares of relevant company.

Also the Ipo of General Insurance Company, Sanima General Insurance, Chandragiri hills, Dish home etc. are allotted through lottery system.
